Dear NeX3 Communications customer, by clicking the “Manage my NeX3 Communications account "link you agree to all terms & conditions. You will be able to make payments on line, see your current account status and view your account history. You will need to email us or call us to get your login & password information.



Please read the following:
We bill a month in advance. Invoices are generated by the 1st of each month and are due by the 22nd of the month. All balances 7 days past due are assessed a late fee of $8.00 or 1.5% of the total due, whichever is greater. Accounts with balances 15 days past due will be interrupted and a $49.99 reconnect fee ( per service) will be charged. Service will be restored when full payment is received. * If you should need to make payment arrangements to avoid losing service please call us. We reserve the right to approve or deny all requests made upon basis of needs.
By accepting service, you agree to the following: I have read and understand the charges that will be billed to my account. I understand NeX3 Communications makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied regarding the reliability or suitability for a particular purpose of its services and further disclaims -any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All payments to NeX3 Communications are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and any defect in equipment provided by NeX3 Communications will be repaired or replaced under the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranties.
